It can take several hours to a day for them to hatch when that much yolk is still unabsorbed and there’s that many veins that haven’t dried up. I’m not sure why you pulled away that much shell but it isn’t good, that little one needs constant attention and I would certainly follow @WoDia’s...
Definitely let the baby push out when it chooses too, they’ll pip before they’re finished absorbing their yolk which they need to do before hatching. hatching can take awhile for waterfowl babies too.

Do you by any chance have a heated blanket? I hatched my latest duckling inside a cardboard box on top of an electric blanket.
