If you are pretty sure it’s got a fan I would go for that temp. 37.5c or 99.5f.- Yorkshire Coop

Can you see a fan in the top? Maybe shine a torch in there? Do you have a second known to correct thermometer to check the temp?- Yorkshire Coop
