Is this a still air incubator?

I have this incubator and it's worked ok, I'm getting some nice eggs and I just want to make sure I do everything right. Temps are different for still air vs forced air and I have no idea which kind this is. I don't think it has a fan, but I'll double check. Here are the pics.

Can you see a fan in the top? Maybe shine a torch in there? Do you have a second known to correct thermometer to check the temp?

I bought a digital Bluetooth hydrometer and thermometer. The Temps are pretty accurate, compared to my old thermometer I wad using. I was looking again and I think it's got a fan, but the temp is supposed to be set differently for forced air vs. Still air.

If you are pretty sure it’s got a fan I would go for that temp. 37.5c or 99.5f.
