    Upright Posture is seen in females too, more so the dominant hens, it could be a breed trait as well. Depends on the breed, on comb, & wattle size. Hens/pullets will grow spurs too, I've got several of them this year for some reason. Seen plenty of hens/pullets with thicker legs. I have some.
