    Good job! My 10 gallons of muscadine is coming along great !!!!!!!!! I started 5 gallons of grape a few weeks ago. I scored 10 gallons of satsumas and I will start that tonight. I hope to pick up some free persimmons this week and I will be starting that as well. Everything going very well...

    That's what I have heard people say but those peopel must be doing sometnig wrog. I prefer baker's yeast over wine yeast. When I use baker's yeast, I never have any problems. It gives it a better flavor in my opinion. I experimented again with the 21 day recipe that I got from You Tube...

    I'm excited to hear how it comes out. I made fig and it was ok at first. The longer it sits, the better it gets. For some reason, it alcohol content was very low . I have to work on increasing that next time . I think I have 10 gallon bags of figs in the freezer. I'll try again later.
