    Im totally shocked they want her to fast. Where I work they go home as SOON a they eat and hold the food down and have some solid form to the stool. Your probably very right to feed her, can you imagine. Shes better off at home for sure.

    given the timeline, the parvo didnt come from the shelter. Parvo incubation period i 7-14 days. She had the puppy 4 weeks. Too long away from the shelter for it to be from there. Glad the pup is doing well. Hopefully the other dogs will be just fine though since they were already exposed...

    vets dont recognise owner administered vaccines because many people will use a vaccine even if it arrives at room temperature. Sounds like the shelter slipped up on telling you to have her last booster given. They should have one every 3-4 weeks untill 16 weeks old. So she missed 2 boosters...
