I am pretty much Mr. MOM at the moment. I was an Engineer for Interstate Brands, but they decided to close the plant I worked at. So currently, my wife is workig extra days (6 12 hr shifts) a week so we can make ends meet as an RN. If she is going to work that much, while I am at home, the least...

OH MAN!!! Thats some good stuff! When I was a kid my grandmother made it alot... I have not had any since I moved to MO from CA like 16 or so years ago... Needless to say, it turned out AWESOME this time!... Too bad my wife is at work and doesn't get to enjoy it while its hot outta the oven!
