Thank you Nova for the weekly run downs. I'm in my busy season right now and I dont' have the luxury of chatting like I want to. Seems that I've pooped in at a down moment in the thread. :( I hope it perks back up I think there are alot of great and informative folks on here.
Upside.....I...
Thanks for asking. I (as in myself) pulled up the carpet in the walk in closet and removed the sopping wet padding. The carpet/padding in the bedroom dried out so I didn't have to into the room. (Yippie!) It's dry now so I have to re-pad and put the carpet back down (I'll let the DH do that)...
Nova...what the heck is going on in Holland? I didn't think you guys were that hard core http://www.woodtv.com/dpp/news/local/ottawa_county/gang-investigation-july-19-2012
Found this on craigslist for those who are looking for hay. Not sure if it will help but hopefully it does...
I think your law enforcement officers are bored. That doesn't look horrible. The fact that you can grow weeds in this heat is impressive though. All my weeds died a slow horrible death with the grass. Only green I have is where I've watered around the trees and my garden. :: kicks rocks ::

UGH! I see your day is going similar to mine. The hose from our washer popped out of the drain and spewed water all over my laundry room, soaking the carpets in the adjacent room. I pulled up a ton of water from the carpet (using my carpet cleaner) and it was still soaked through. Then drove out...
We got some rain last night but not enough to make a huge difference. Just coming in from doing my morning chores. I had Lola and Bear out in the playpen this morning...taking a rest after chasing each other for about an hour.
While I was cleaning out their pens I noticed this in my little...
Oh this is interesting. Not sure I would take that much time to make that for my chickens though. Only becuase I doubt they would truely appreciate my efforts. LOL Plus I could see major fighting to try to get a piece of the pretty multicolored frozen block of food. I choose to just freeze the...
Oh it can't be as bad a goat. LOL! My whole house smelled like goat....that went promptly to the fiber mill to be processed (it was alot of fleece...too much for me to handle on my own). Do you wash your own to use?
