He's around six months old. I heard him for the first time crow last week. I think he needs more practice as it sounded awful. The person who gave him to me had a lovely pair of pullets too but she could not bear to let them go. I was mildly disappointed that I couldn't find the white ones...- Winisk

Chantecler Thread!
Living in northern Ontario, where I frequently let my birds free range, the thought of having this breed appealed to me. I was able to acquire a Partridge Chantecler cockeral. The feathering is beautiful. Photos do not do it justice. I have it with a couple of Gold laced Wyandottes for now...- Winisk
