Quote: Kind of random and off topic, but are you tacking (as you say) because of bloat? To prevent it? Or am I totally off base? yes..hes a giant breed and deep chested...i dont want to take the risk of bloat... or actually, they can still bloat..but they (hopefully) wont torsion.- redhen

I know! Wait till i get my English Mastiff fixed! He'll be over $500... because i'm getting his stomach tacked also... crazy! Maybe try a local shelter?? explain to them that he is a rescue/stray....maybe they can help you out some...- redhen
