We lost our first chicken today :( I think we've been pretty lucky so far, we have had chickens for over a year and a half. My little RIR got out of the coop and my big dog got it. So sad!! I don't know how she got out of the coop! I've inspected it and can't figure it out.

I use one of my husbands ladders. It works great!
