Today, Fri, Nov. 13, 2009 .... the Delawares are 1 week old, the Lavender Orps are 13 days old, the others (JGiants, BCMarans, Olive Eggers, SPPRs) are 15 days old:
Oh, Wynette, thanks for the pictures! You certainly DO have fabulous birds there! Makes me even more excited, watching these babies grow! Honestly, I swear, if I stand there long enough, they grow right before my very eyes! LOL
Really though, look at the little feathers they are getting, at...
Boy, they do grow quickly! Wynette's crew are feathering in already! Soooo perdy!

On a sad note ... I tossed the other eggs tonight. Some were developed most of the way...
Well, I finally got some sleep. Wide awake now, at 0430. I checked the eggs left in the bator and I see no action. I will leave them the rest of the day, just in case.
I gotta tell ya, the difference in these chicks verses all the others I have had ... they come to ya instead of running to...
