A Partridge Rock would have a different body type, more stocky. White earlobes will mean you have a brown Leghorn, so just check that. The floppy comb also looks like a Leghorn to me.

Brown Leghorns would have white earlobes. Welsummers would have red. They may quit temporarily, but shouldnt get 'backed up'.
