Here is a new picture of my P. Barred Rock Rooster and my two remaining hens. He keeps jumping my fence to the Ameraucanas, and thus, I get birds like the guy in the middle of the last picture.
ETA: He is just finishing up a molt, and his tail is not back in yet.

I just took a bunch of our Barred rocks to auction. Probably got 3 bucks a piece for them. I don't know. Didn't stay.
Edited to add: Make sure your keeper birds don't have split wing before you sell off the others.
