No, she's definitely an EE. Plenty of EEs don't have slate or willow legs, or beards. Some even have single combs, if they're a Legbar cross. She does have a pea comb, though, so I know she's an EE. All my other chipmunks are single comb breeds.- FreedomFarm13

I just got my 4 new EEs from Meyer hatchery!!! I ordered 17 babies in all and they all were alive and well when I picked them up. I hatched out my first EE baby a week ago!!! She's a wheaten Ameraucana X blue Ameraucana mix, so all Am but still an EE. I named "her" Bailey. She's beautiful!
