    Ask to see the rooster and hen, if she doesn't know which hen and rooster that chick came from you won't know what the possibilities of colors might be. There is a chart listing all the possibilities with breeding colors, my guess is your chickens parents one may of been a partridge color.

    Fancy, I had a hen like that she would wait for my other silkies to leave and knew I would carry her out and would cluck very contentedly, she was a diva of the best kind:)

    At three weeks in this heat they would probably not make it, brand new hatch does better. They can go awhile without food and water, check Craigslist.
