Not sure if anyone made it tothe Ohio nationals this weekend BUT some of the most beautiful Australorps i have ever seen - jsut sat and stared in awe. I was just a spectator but wish i knew who the breeder was - there were quite a few of them as well!

At one time the Australorps were known - records holders for the amount of eggs that they lay - mind you i think that might have slipped over the years- BUT you add their total climate hardiness - pleasant disposition and great looks - i think they cannot be beat. Not sure as far as competing...
