I think Jet is a crossed breed cause he is getting a lot of brown in his feathers. More then he had in the pictures I posted a while back.

My rooster (Jet) is growing up. He's a not all black but is getting these brown feather. I guess it's from breeding. ~Rebecca

My roo Jet that is posted above has little brown-ish feather's coming in under some parts of his black feathers. I really wanted to breed him and show him. Do you think the brown feathers will go away? If they dont if I breed him will it mess up the color for the BA chicks?vThanks

If he's not mean and doesn't crow like crazy then yes I think I can keep him. I have really good neighbors and they really like our family so I dont think they will mind.

Yeah my other chickens that are Ba's dont have the red comb and wattles. They have a little yellow comb and tiny wattles.
