While not officially supported by us anymore, people can leave feedback using the old feedback system: (see the bottom of this post ) If feedback is desired in the new system, it must be tied to an actual listing. This is the same process as most auction / selling systems out there.

The new system will accommodate this. Whenever you are going to buy from someone you purchased from in the past just have the seller create a new listing and then you can buy that item and both leave feedback.
