Yer i have got another khaki which is demistrating the same broody behavior, and she made a nest, but i moved her, so hopefully she will make a new one, but we are only letting her sit on 2 or 3, 'i need no more babies'.

My duck family.

I have moved the llittle ducklings and mother into the big run and the 2 adult into the little run, but they will be out all day long. I did this because 1 off my duckling got sufficated in the night, because they were a little crapmed in the little house, so i moved them into the big new coop...

What would i search.

I now have 18 little ducklings, quickly it going to get crowed in there so when can i move the ducklings and their mother in with the other women and the drake. they are 5 days old and the run is very safe, so what do people think?

The final count is 18, 1 died half an hour after hatching but 2 days late. They are all out in the little pond with mom and are eatting sooo much, But seeing all thoose duckling has trigger my other female to start building a nest, it now has seven eggs in. I will let her sit, but only on 2 or...

18 hatched, 4 left in took 1 out because it was bad, one is hatching right now, i know this because she was out with all the hatched duckling, i put some food in a bowl in the house, is this okay?, Do i need to supply water? Responds needed.

I counted and so far i have 16 with 7 more eggs left, when can i will take more pictures.

I have about 11 out but hard to tell, and 5 or so with cracks. Will post better pictures soon.

I have had kahkis for under a year, but on the checking front it hard, i can only check when shes facing away form the door, i can check after i give her a tickle. So, it ok im going out to check now so

My mamma duck is sitting on eggs, todays 27 seen movement and when candled they were moving and a small line possible a crack where the little one was hitting it so, quil kid i think were at the same stage.

Any. I wasnt expectacting mine to go broody but she did, now sitting on 20 eggs, imagine if they all hatched. Definatly will post pictures, Keep you posted, anything i need to do to the pond she has got in her pond.

she is sitting on 20 eggs and i candled about 10 of them and all i saw was an big air sac and opaque the rest of the egg. They are khaki campbells and are jue on the 31st. will post pictures when/ if they hatch. i am really worried about if they will hatch or not. Can anyone give me reasurance?

I am at 6 days left and candled 2 days ago for the first time as their mother it incubating them, i saw a big air sac and opaque the rest, is this right?, it wasnt a bright light just a torch, any reply would be nice. thanks

My female started sitting today not quiet the same as incubation but i will be part of this.
