I have had some lighter ones and some that are much smaller than usual.

The heat has made mine inconsistent. We will have a few days of great production and then only get one or two eggs a day. We hit 107 here yesterday. It seems like the black sex links have slowed down and they used to lay everyday. They are also the largest and darkest of my chickens.
