BTW I think our toms were close to the 30+ pound weight after processing. We are very pleased since they are only about 16 weeks old.

Well, yesterday was processing for our BBB turkeys. It went pretty smooth for processing 9 VERY large birds (5 hens and 4 toms). We thought we would share a few photos of our experience with you. By the way, the last 2 pictures are of the smallest female that we enjoyed for dinner this evening...
