Well, yesterday was processing for our BBB turkeys. It went pretty smooth for processing 9 VERY large birds (5 hens and 4 toms).
We thought we would share a few photos of our experience with you. By the way, the last 2 pictures are of the smallest female that we enjoyed for dinner this evening along with last years canned green beans, fresh sliced tomato from our garden, deviled eggs from our chickens snd mashed potatos with gravy made from scratch!

I thought that may come up. My husband used it to flatten the side of our chopping block/stump so he could attach the pole to it.
 
BTW I think our toms were close to the 30+ pound weight after processing. We are very pleased since they are only about 16 weeks old.
