    I have never heard of any problems with folks hatching in an incubator. There are some folks that do more hatching than others that may chime in on if there are any tips that making hatching more successful. But I would not be afraid to use your incubator.

    I had a roo from Swedish lines and he was a perfect gentleman. I had 3 from German lines and they were devils. Terrible temperament. They had to be removed.

    @SHERRING7712 and @gypc84 Several of us have birds that were brought in from Germany. Where are you located? @KYTinpusher here on BYC has some but there are several others. You may be located close to someone!

    Talking about large crests... This girl was the result of crested to crested. And I am guessing that her mother was also crested to crested so it was extremely excessive. I gave her a hair cut so she could function. I don't keep crested birds (especially large crests!) so...

    I LOVE the coloring of this guy...but debating on him because of a couple of issues. He has the yellow in the hackles (like a sl) and mahogany on the tail feathers... an interesting combo with a lot of yellow throughout. It's hard to see in these photos because I was using the poor camera...

    This is a photo from Monday of my 15 wk old cockerel that is for sale (he'll be paired with a blue based crested pullet). ETA - It was a hot day and he is holding his wing out from his body so it looks a little odd!
