Glad i own my home my formal dinning room is now a brooder room 9 4 week old cinnimon queen pullets 5 4 week old ducks 3 are pekings 2 are who knows what lol no feathers yet but the are huge and have started quacking 7 silkie chicks 1 week old and as of today my brother decided to buy me 12...
For some reason my phones not letting me embed imagies but i got some buff silkie chicks from tsc started with 8 lost one the first night but the other 7 are going strong maybe they will all make it ones had pastey butt i took care of that and now they are happy healthy and enjoying the brooder
i have a Styrofoam incubator two actually i dry hatch and to help with the cleaning i line the btms and sides with partchment paper a lil scotch tap to hold it up the sides and it makes clean up so much easier

Thanks :-) and tonight is lockdown on my wh duck eggs when I candled only one looked like it was ready the other 6 look like later quiters but I did do incubation with her first eggs ever laid so wasn't expecting to good of a hatch and I'll be locking down 7 eggs a week until she stops laying so...
had a woman bring me 2 ducklings she bought yesterday thinking she wanted them until they got messy last night needless to say this is a good pic to show size difference in my call ducks and regular ducklings who are one day older
I've got them and the mom was super small I seen her myself she is a lil bigger than a pigeon will take picks in a bit and I've been researching them awhile and hatchery prices I seen were 11 to 25 bucks a duckling

I've always heard it referred to as a bulls eye and I've only seen my drake breed my hen one time but we are up to 28 eggs laid and all have been fertile
The guy that I hatch on the halves with just showed up brought 4 more turkey eggs 4 more duck eggs and a Guinea egg he bought a pair of lavender guineas that started layinging this week lol so I'm adding guineas to my critters I'm attempting to hatch :-) I also sat 7 more welsh harliquin eggs...
