Beetles larve they are think Gianormous mealworms. About 4" long and 1/2" thick
whenever I split wood I find these guys and they go nuts.

Much the same. Green pepper tops, eggplant tops (fruit), green bean bits, a cucumber with worm inside (a special surprise), a palmetto roach, flax seed, oats, and their favorite mealworms.
Grow your own, in the end it is cheaper, easy and probably more nutritious than freeze dried. There is a whole thread for it but the gist is put some worms in a dry substrate like wheat bran occasionally add a veggie like potato slices and the do the rest!
