    Thank You for the recipes, the pie looks like just the thing and I have all the flours on hand for the crust. Unfortunatly the flan has the look of the tofu disaster and im sure that would not be met well.

    My biggest challenge today will be to come up with a pumpkin desert for my mother who is gluten and lactose free. The pumpkin tofu with gingersnap crust of last year was a total flop. Even the dogs wouldn't eat it. Everything else is already prepped. Except I have to make the cranberry...
