I bought them from April Miley, Twin Spurs ranch, they are Bev Davis lines. Here is a better pic of the cockerel, he does have feathered shanks. Everyone is still in quarantine so not the best pics. Not sure about egg color as the pullet hasn't started laying yet. Can't wait for that first egg...

HI All New to the thread and new to Wheaten Marans. Loving them!! I've wanted some forever. I had cuckoo's a few years ago and liked them also but they can't compare in looks to the Wheatens, imo. Here's a pic of my new pair I picked up at the Oh Nat last weekend. Cindy
