I take mine, wrap it up in a padding shipping foam sheets & newspaper and put it in a small PR box, then I place it in another bigger box, padded all around with newspaper.

I think Flate rate boxes are the way to go, since they are soooo heavy. Lots of bubble wrap and packing peanuts etc... but at least Emu eggs are a lot stronger than chicken eggs.
