    FYI: While we continue to deal with spammer registrations you may see the registration numbers go up and down during the day, but the overall results of the contest, and growth of the membership shouldn't be affected.

    Yes, we had some crazy spammerness going on and we removed a bunch of them from the past 10 days or so to make the contest more accurate. Sorry if the huge spike and then fall threw your super algebraic statistical logarithmic calculations out of whack!
