    It is the same as a lot of pitt heads. My aunt breeds Sharps' and I just don't see it. And Sharps have tiny ears.

    Well, I know we used to always give Rotties a 4th series of parvo shots at the vet hospital, don't know if it hold true any more though. Been a few years. and somewhere niggling in the back of my head is something about pitties being more prone, but can't remember the exact details.

    You just have to be careful who you get your blue danes from, a lot of breeders have sacrificed quality for color......

    I had a couple of rescue danes we raised that had ears like that. Interesting ears though.

    Also, I am not sure where you live but a pittie mix that is blue is prime for getting stolen, I would recommend microchipping him!!!

    Look up some blue dane breeders, you would be surprised how much he looks like a dane pup, can you feel the pit jaw at the back of his mouth, it is a dominant trait in pit mixes. But look at his jowls as well. He is awfully cute! Also, is his tail thicker at the base? I will try to find the...
