    Most black and white EE chicks turn out to be male so the odds aren't good for the top 3 being girls. The top one especially looks like my Roo when he was 5 wks. Still too young to be sure either way though.

    Looking at the redness of the comb on the redder one and I'm very much thinking Roo but I could be wrong....The other looks girly to me.

    Evenly Red No Saddle or Hackle feather that I can see Comb seems awfully small and not very red Legs don't seem very thick .................. I vote Pullet But as I'm not very experienced I would wait for anothers opinion.

    Roo I believe. Don't worry. My Sebastian didn't start crowing until he was 21 weeks. :) And I just got my first egg 3 days ago at 22 weeks.

    Hmmm....I still say pullet. The reddish color seems pretty even throughout it's body and I'm not seeing any dark red on the shoulders yet....I say girl but I could easily be wrong. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

    At 18 weeks I'd say they are both pullets...by 13 weeks my roo had a much much larger comb than either of these

    That is too cool. Wonder if the tiny comb is linked with that color pattern?.. Hmm...Curious minds want to know... Ah! Yes it is 3 row. lol Sorry. From the side it just looked like a large single row. Thanks for the different view and clarification! And I too vote for Groucho.

    Sebastian- Roo - 3 row pea comb Mallow- pullet- with modified pea comb? And a huge beard. Love it! Paige- pullet- 2 tone thin beard- no idea on comb. She doesn't have much of one. Can't wait to hatch out some eggs from this trio. The girls haven't even started laying yet though Mallow is...

    Beautiful! Out of curiosity and my inexperience with combs is that a single row pea comb? Or something else? I have such a hard time figuring out variations with combs...or just combs in general. lol

    I hope not. :( From what I've read if he lives he'll always be a carrier and have to be kept separate from the flock... Question. I know EE's are mutts and there's no real standard but do EE Roo's get a full tail? I don't know if my guy is molting out his baby tail feathers or what but right...

    I would try yogurt with a bit of electrolytes added to it. See if he'll try it on his own and if not maybe put a little in his beak so he gets a taste. My chickens become raptors when yogurt shows up so hopefully he'll at least try to eat some of it...otherwise I'm not sure what else to try.
