1 is a black tailed buff Japanese bantam, albeit long legged and it is a definate he! 2 looks like a modern game or dark cornish? 3 looks like red pyle old english 4 and 5 i'd guess are oegb too the white one may be too hard to tell from that angle!- Mystic Farms
