OK, here are the pic of how my handle is mounted. I have also updated my page. Screw the handle to a piece of 2x4 that is as wide as the handle, you will probally need a few washers. Then screw the 2x4 to the end of the coop. This also makes it easy if you want to pull it the other way...

I'll take pics tomorrow. I like the ski idea. I've also heard that PVC pipe cut in half does the same thing.

I took an old lawn mower handle and mounted it on the end of mine. It makes a world of difference! I can move my A frame this way. You can see it on my page. Mount a 18" (or however wide your handle is) 2x4 to the end of the coop with screws. Then mount the handle to the edge of the 2x4's...
