    Picked up a pair of Birchen Modern Game today for my youngest DS(8) and looking into possibly getting a 2nd pair this weekend.

    I asked a friend our ours who had a few at one time and she said that the other birds left them alone- like they weren't quite sure what to make of them.     okay have some questions, just finished reading the posts here. My DS(7) would like some of the bantam modern games to raise and when he is old enough show them as a 4-H project. With help from us(parents and sister) is this a breed he could handle? He thinks the birchen are neat looking.
