Okay, so you would say order 2 extra? Not 1?

Okay, where i live you can only have up to 6 chickens per acre. (So I can only get 6 hens) So, I'm buying my chicks online, and know the risks of shipping chicks, through all that usually 1 out of the batch doesn't make it. Would it be safe to order 1 or 2 extra? Better to be safe then sorry?
