So I hear there is a new city ordinance of only 3 domestic fowl!!! This is crazy! I have been to peoples houses here in San Antonio where they has up to 12 in there backyards! And the state has tested their birds! What makes them able to have more? I need to know, because I wanted at least 6-8...
