I got 2 Supposedly Lav split to black silkies. So I have to breed and breed to tell If these are really splits right. I have to know who and what get bred together so I know for a fact he are split.

Okay, So If I breed a Lav to a Black the chicks will be Lav split and Black and there is no way of telling the splits from the blacks. So that means I will have to "test" them to see who is black and who is lav split correct?

Is there any way to tell the difference between a Lav split to Black Silkie and a full Black silkie?
