Whoo hoo! Congrats!!! I only ended up with 4...but didn't have much hope for the others as I lost so many during the incubation...think whoever I got the eggs from (local auction) isn't feeding their flock appropriately as I have had 100% hatches before with the same incubator at the same...- BigDaddy'sGurl

Most people say do NOT open the incubator until the hatch is complete...I haven't had a problem with this myself, just make it quick and have a cup of warm water handy to fill up the reservoirs...or in my case, to dampen the paper towel near the eggs before you reclose it. If it's any consolation, I'm hatching too! I had 7 EE eggs in lockdown and now I have two babies drying off and 3 of the remaining eggs are pipped...- BigDaddy'sGurl
