Dry hatch is a misleading term. The humidity should be around 30%, so you still may need to add water to keep it that high. I add water using a catheter, but a straw would work too. Make sure you use warm water.

Birdguy, for the first 24 hours they should only get colostrum, to establish their immunity. Feeding other things can interfere with the colostrum's absorption. Continuing to feed colostrum got the first few days bathes the gut with antibodies that help fight off infection s.
