    Mahonri's 3rd Annual, BYC Easter Hatch-a-long!

    I got ancy and set my broody on Sunday evening. So mine will hatch on about the 24th. It's supposed to be highs in the 50/60's and lows in the 30/40's for the next two weeks, so I figured now is the time to do it. Have a buff orp on 10 eggs. Can't wait till Sunday when i wil attempt to candle!!

    How beautiful!! How is your GD around your chickens? I've always wanted one of those beautiful dogs, but I'm defianetly going to have to wait till the kids are much older. Then I can turn my GD into one of my kids. ;-)

    I'm in!! Just found this thread, and very excited to join!! I have two Buff Orphington's that I will set on 10 mixed breed eggs. I plan to move them to our greenhouse that evening. My chicks will just be for eating, so I'm not to worried aobut their breed. But if these buff's don't sit well...
