Call ducks. I'll be adding a ramp leading out of the water when I have babies, but there aren't any out there right now and the ducks in there aren't having any problems. Buried the stock tank yesterday so the ducks would have a new pool. It's not level, but it's in there lol. Didn't get the dirt packed good enough and one side settled more. They are loving it though, already have the water all dirty and half splashed out. Poor geese are too big to do much... -

How funny, lol. Bet the spoiled little guys are loving it. I think I'm going to give up on grass anywhere near the ducks water, and get gravel to go around it. That involves finishing it though, so they'll just have to deal with the mud until then. Actually, they love the mud, I'm the one who... -

They look like cayugas there, lol. I hate brooder pics for identifying, they look so much different outside the brooders. -

Cayuga's would be pretty too. More pictures are always welcome! Outside pics usually work better for iding too, the colors always look weird in brooders. -

Ducks/geese playing in the mud puddle. Hubby thinks they need it and keeps digging it deeper and refilling it with the hose each day. The ducks do love digging around and eating all the worms, but they have a perfectly good kiddie pool so I think they'd be ok without their mud puddle. -

They were just standing up because I was freaking them out with the camera, lol. They are about 2 and a half months old now, were a few days old in the first pic and about 6 weeks in the second. -

I think they are around 6 weeks old. No idea on breed, but they do look a lot like my 2 girls who are khaki/cayuga/buff. -

I just planted grass in the chicken yard so it's being watered a lot. Hubby thinks they need their mud puddle so he waters it too. They do love playing in it though. -

Both of them are in the middle pic. One on the stairs one sitting in the water. The other one had wandered off eating grass in the mudpuddle pic. I couldn't fit them both in.
