Ok...so I do believe this is the coop we have settled on Planning on adding insulation and a couple more ventilation windows...along with the hardware cloth skirt to keep the unwanted critters out!

Beautiful coop and thank you for the info!!!! I have been looking at coop kits and so far none are insulated so if we go with one...we are going to add the insulation for sure. Our temps drop from fall until spring so we stay pretty chilly the majority of the year
LUCKY YOU!!!! I will probably have to wait until late march or early april to even consider hatching I brood indoors so that helps with those late snow storms, but no way for now. We need to get a good coop up before and there is just no building out there right now Expecting ANOTHER 5 days...

@Tashaf how are your eggs doing? When I hatch Bantam Cochins...sometimes they hatch early but they can go 21 days. Also if for some reason your temps have run lower at any point....it can delay a hatch? Hope all is well!
