Haha thanks for your comment - I completely understand! Coming from a science background I know it's completely silly to expect that anything will quicken the ovulation/egg laying process, but I feel like I've been waiting for so long and now that I've finally got one, I want more!

After weeks of hoping and waiting, one of my girls laid one on Sunday!! Right in the nesting box next to a pool ball I had put there the day before :) She laid a second one on Monday but nothing today- is that normal? I'm hoping the other two girls will soon follow by example, they're all 21...
