So, after reading the first couple hundred I get the idea that the girls lay "when they are ready". I have 7 ( buff orphington,barred rock and blk australorp (sp?)) that are 21 weeks old and just put the light on constantly and the nest boxs in the coop. Now comes the wait ... anybody want to...
