Went plant shopping today, hit a few places.
One of them had just gotten in a flat of the elusive Night Sky petunia that I've been hunting for since it was released in 2017. They now have .... less than a flat remaining.
Have you tried cloning plants you get poor germination on? I always put down at least a couple cuttings from any tomatoes I only have one or two plants of.
I've been popping in every few days the last couple weeks, but don't keep up with the fast pace terribly well and then go back and reread it all at once when I have time.
Divided a huge old yacon crown and potted up a bunch of segments to propagate into new plants.
Also transplanted some embryonic almonds that germinated quicker than I expected.
Meant to move them into tree tubes before they shot out tap roots but they snuck up on me.
It needs some pruning--I'd take off the outer 3 layers of leaves or so--but I'm not seeing any "suckers" (small plants growing from the original) that need to be divided.
