Well, post pics of whoever else you have and we can verify they're pullets if you want. I've had some suprises myself--folks look at you weird when you tell them your huge rooster's name is Betty, cause you didn't realize he was a roo until he was 6 months old!
First bird looks like a pullet, probably bsl as advertised. At 14 weeks a roo would have comb, etc.
