Hard boiled egg question
As soon as you are done boiling the eggs, put them in ice water. It really works! I spoon them out of the boiling water and right into the ice water till they are cool enough to handle.- wyoDreamer

For me, the biggest help in peeling boiled eggs is the ice water bath - right from the boiling water and into the ice water.- wyoDreamer
