    Open mouth and place at back of tongue. Hold until you're sure it's been swallowed. The latest one I did this to was a 1 pound Old English and she swallowed them just fine.

    You may have to do the warm baths several times. Also, I read somewhere that giving calcium helps them pass the egg, so that's what I do with mine.
