    I think you could fit 4 on there, they aren't large birds, and that still gives them 3 sq ft per bird, in the coop, would you be able to free range at all?? That would help. also, if you do 8/4 instead of 8/3, you could defiantly fit them all comfortably.

    Oh, also, you will be able to keep four birds in there, I would advice putting a roost in the run, as my birds LOVE roosting on anything high up. Will it have a window, if you have good ventilation, it isn't necessary, but chickens love the light.
